By virtue of this,it is advised that there should be an increased level of fruits intake in order to boost the immunity of the body.
Also,you are admonished not to take any symptoms whatsoever that presents itself to you for granted. As soon as they show up,treat them promptly. Pls don't postpone till later.
Once again, I emphasize on the intake of fruits,in whatever quantities you can afford, ensure you include oranges,tangerines,pineapples, watermelon, pawpaws, bananas, cucumber amongst others in your diet.
